Off-Site Document Shredding Service

This service is especially useful for those companies whose access availability doesn't allow tall trucks (e.g. under a parking garage) or vehicles to remain on the street for any length of time. Great service for areas where no machinery noise is tolerable, or minimal interruptions to your work area can seem monumental.
Our Off-Site shredding service is offered as a convenient one-time shred (as-needed) or as a scheduled (recurring) service.
End-to-end security, our driver arrives at your location with all the necessary equipment for removal of your confidential files and outdated records. The materials are then loaded into our secured truck and locked.
Upon arrival at our location, a Total Shredding ID badged employee places the documents in a locked and secured holding area. Within 24 hours your documents will be shredded in our processing location and then recycled where it will then be turned into new home paper products.
You need to feel secure that your document shredding provider upholds the highest level of confidentiality and ensures compliance with all State and Federal legislation regarding information destruction. Total Shredding gives you that peace of mind, as they are an official member of NAID®. This means that they are bound by the highest code of conduct in the information destruction industry.You will receive a Certificate of Destruction for all material processed with your invoice.
